Hyderabad: The Telangana High Court has issued a notification for direct recruitment for junior assistant positions in the Judicial Ministerial Service.
As per the notification, applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from any Indian university to qualify for the positions.
Apart from the academic qualification, applicants must also meet language qualifications, i.e. they must know the language of the district in which they wish to serve. They must also have computer knowledge.
The age of candidates must be between 18 and 34 years old on July 1, 2022. The maximum age limit is relaxed by 5 years for candidates belonging to the SC, ST, BC and EWS categories. For candidates with a physical disability, it is relaxed by 10 years.
How to register
Interested candidates can apply online. The online application portal has been made available on the official website of the High Court (Click here) and websites for all districts in the state. It will be available until 11:59 p.m. on April 4, 2022.
The examination fee is Rs. 800 for OC and BC students while SC, ST and EWS students have to pay Rs. 400. The fee excludes the application service fee.
The recruitment will consist of two rounds, namely a computer-based examination and an oral interview. Applicants will receive an interview call only if they qualify for the computer-based exam which will consist of 80 score-marked questions.
Out of 80 questions, 40 will be general knowledge and another 40 will cover general English.
The minimum qualifying marks for the interview are 40% for students in the OC and EWS categories, while students from BC must obtain 35%. SC, ST and PH applicants must score at least 30% to qualify for the interview.
